Doodle Jump
by Lima Sky
Type: ADDICTING, Replayable, Adventure
7/10 stars: Pretty good. Not so confusing, but it actually has a bit of a point.
Review: Doodle Jump is an extremely fun but short game. Short and always re-playable. Although it may get repetitive, it never quite loses that first thrill of simplicity. It's easy to learn but hard to master. The point of the game is jumping from platform to platform by tilting your device. You can also shoot aliens with a tap of your finger. There are many different types of platforms, which makes the gameplay new each time. Overall, I wouldn't strongly recommend this, but I would still say that it's worth the one dollar.
Pros:
- Very frequently updated
- Exciting gameplay
- Option to play as a Pygmie from Pocket God (Type in your name as Ooga)
Cons:
- Grows to be boring
- Becomes repetitive
Notes: You can also change your character (doodler) in the normal mode by typing in these code names: to be a bunny, type in "bunny". And to be a pygmie from Pocket God, type in "Ooga".
Comparisons: Compare to Mega Jump (7/10). Overall, I would choose Mega Jump for more things to do during gameplay, while Doodle Jump gets old. However, Doodle Jump is easier. I would still choose Mega Jump.
